MESSAGE FROM THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
There are a huge, huge number of individuals and Churches of Christ who
have helped Christian Homes for Children provide much needed service for
many years.
Christian Homes for Children has been able to provide quality services
because of the dedication of so many wonderful supporters, volunteers and
employees who have given of their time, resources and love for Christ to
help underprivileged children live a better life.
Given with the direction of our society right now, our children need us
more now than ever, especially those who have been abandoned and
neglected.
Jesus addressed this in His Holy word: And they brought young children to
Him, that He should touch them: and His disciples rebuked those that
brought them. But when Jesus saw it, he was much displeased, and said unto
them, suffer the little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for
such is the Kingdom of God. Verily I say unto you, whosoever shall not
receive the Kingdom of God as a little child, he shall not enter therein.
And He took up in His arms and blessed them.(Mark 10:13-16)
So Jesus cares, you and I care, and the children care, so let us go on
loving what we do.
Thanks,
Jack Smith
